Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is working to find out what happened around 9:30 Saturday night on the 4600 block of Astral Street.
Witnesses reported hearing a man screaming that he had been kidnapped.
The screaming was coming from the roadway apparently from inside a white Chevrolet sedan.
The sedan continued eastbound on Astral Street then northbound on Lamboll Avenue.

JSO is working to identify the victim and find out if he is safe. Investigators managed to get a picture of the suspect vehicle.
