Toto’s “Africa” Hits 1 Billion Views On YouTube

Three years after hitting the billion-stream mark on Spotify, Toto’s classic hit “Africa” has achieved another statistical milestone. The track now has 1 billion views on YouTube, meaning that humanity has cumulatively spent somewhere in the region of 2,372,685 days watching this video!

“Africa” now joins an exclusive club headlined by Pinkfong’s “Baby Shark”which has 14 billion times views, Maroon 5′s “Sugar” and “Girl Like You” (4 billion and 3.6 billion, respectively), Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain” and “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”, and “Numb” by Linkin Park.
