Congratulations! If you’re reading this, you’ve probably won a prize with us. Here you will find general information about picking up your prize and Frequently Asked Questions about our contesting and office details.

Getting Here:

Our Radio Stations are located at Central Parkway on the corner of Beach Blvd and St Johns Bluff three blocks before you get to the Morocco Shrine Auditorium, North of the University of North Florida. We are located in the same building as Fox 30/Action News, the side entrance with the blue awning Unit #1.


How To Claim Your Prize At The Radio Station (We Will Need):

  • Your current Driver’s License or Government Issued Photo Identification Card
  • Your prize release paperwork MUST be completed (will receive a link via email)
  • Your Social Security number (when prompted), for identification and tax purposes
  • Please ensure you are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms before arriving (fever, loss of taste or smell, cough, headache)


When Prize Is Not Claimed At The Station:

  • Promotions should contact you within 7-10 business days to inform you of your prize details.
  • Prizes that are digital will be sent to the email that you provided when entering. You should receive your tickets no later than 2 weeks prior to the show date.
  • Prizes picked up at the venue will be available same day of the event. Promotions will email your name to Will Call; you must present a Government Issued Photo ID in order to claim your prize. You may NOT transfer your prize to another person once your information has been submitted.


*All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning (with the exception of some concert tickets). If you do not claim your prize within said 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of the prize. Unclaimed prizes may not be substituted nor replaced. Prize winners (including any person in the prize winner’s household) are ineligible to win a prize from the same station for a 30 day period.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

When Can I Pick Up My Prize? If the prize is available for in-house pickup, you may contact our front desk (904-245-8500) Monday - Friday, 8:45am to 4:00pm to schedule your pick up. Please do NOT arrive to the station without contacting the front desk first and filling out your required paperwork.

Can Someone Pick Up My Prize For Me? You may NOT have a friend or loved one claim a prize on your behalf, unless otherwise noted by the Promotions Department.

Can I Change The Prize Pick Up Name At The Venue’s Will Call? Once your name has been submitted by the Promotions Department, you may NOT change the name for pick up at Will Call. Any name changes need to be made in advance when Promotions initially contacts you about the prize details.

I Won A Prize, When Can I Win Again? Starting from the date you won, you are not eligible for another contest win for 30 consecutive days. If you win multiple prizes within the ineligibility period, you may be subject to forfeit one of your prize winnings. This also applies per household win, all eligible winners in a household will no longer be eligible for 30 days upon prize allocation to any household member.

Why Do You Need My Social Security Number? If you are close to or over the $600 threshold for prize winnings in a calendar year, we must obtain that information to report to the IRS and our company for auditing purposes. We also obtain this information for identification purposes. All Social Security Numbers are processed in a secure program with extremely limited access.

Can You Mail My Prize? We will NOT be mailing prizes at this time (unless otherwise noted). All prize winners are responsible for claiming their prize within the 30 day pick up window.

Can I Exchange My Prize For Another? You may NOT exchange your prize with another prize at any time. You may forfeit your prize to compete for another, but you may not reclaim that prize once it has been forfeited nor is their any guarantee you will win the other prize, winnings are assigned at random. Forfeiting a prize is permanent, and cannot be revoked.

If A Concert Was Cancelled, Can I Get Tickets To Another Show? If a concert is cancelled there is no way to replace that prize for another, show cancellations are completely up to the Venue and the Artist(s). For postponed/rescheduled shows, the Promoter MAY honor the tickets for the previous show date. If so, please hold onto your tickets if you have already picked them up. Our Radio Stations are not responsible for any lost or misplaced tickets for postponed/rescheduled shows and will not award additional tickets.

I Don’t Have A Smart Phone But My Tickets Are Digital, What Do I Do? Firstly, communicate your issue to the Promotions Department. In certain situations, the venue may be able to convert your tickets to physical ones (same seats are not guaranteed). We are not responsible for the inability to claim a prize due to distribution methods.

Can I Fill Out My Required Prize Winning Paperwork In Person? We request that all required paperwork be filled out electronically. If you are unable/unwilling to provide that information electronically than you may contact the front desk and inquire about availability. No guests or visitors are permitted inside the building at this time, you may fill out your forms curbside if the front desk has the availability to schedule.

I Haven’t Received Any Contact about My Prize, What Do I Do? We try our best to reach out to every winner in a timely manner, in some instances we can make mistakes and not contact you as quickly as we normally would. For the instances, please contact 904-245-8556 OR email Devon.Buckner@cmg.com and we will address your concern within 48 hours.

Am I Able To Enter The Building? At this time we ask that no listeners, winners, or guests enter our building. We limit our building access to staff and essential personnel. If you are granted access to the building please adhere to our Covid-19 guidelines or you may be asked to exit the building. Thank you for keeping us safe!
