Moonrise: 6:12 p.m.What's more romantic than bringing your sweetheart to a beautiful beach to walk next to the water under a freshly risen full moon?THIS MONTH! A special Full Moon Beach Walk will cater to the romantic at heart! Enjoy the beautiful photo opportunities captured while watching the full moon rise. Whether celebrating your love for the person next to you, or for the beatiful natural environment - this program will provide the perfect ambiance for anyone wishing to express their love and affection or to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding scenery!REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. This program is offered every month, so please register for next month if the current month's registration closes due to capacity.Additional Information:
Join a ranger for a different topic every month! Every moon hike will offer a choice to visitors to take a short walk to learn about the coastal ecosystem, or participate in a longer hike while discussing various myths, mysteries, and mysticism of the full moon throughout history.Arrive 5-15 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin. Please bring water and dress for the weather. Bring a camera for beautiful photo opportunities! FAQsAre there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?Everyone is welcome! Minors must be accompanies by an adult. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?Visitors must have their own transportation. Parking is available on both the beach side and the Intracoastal side of the park. Your registration may be accessed by the park without the need for printed tickets.What is the refund policy?This event is non-refundable. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?Please notify the park staff upon entrance to the park event.
