Learn the best methods for purchasing, storing and preparing fish before you savor the flavor of Chef Greg’s Alaskan Salmon Masterpiece. Space is limited & pre-registration is required. Please reserve your spot no later than Sunday, July 14. Please reserve your spot online in advance and pay the registration fee at customer service approximately 5-10 minutes before class. A receipt and/or wristband is required for admittance.
