Class of 2003, join us as we celebrate 10 years! Share your favorite memories, catch up with old friends, and enjoy a night on the town! When?Saturday, June 8th, 2013 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm Where?We will be celebrating at the River City Brewing Company in downtown Jacksonville. From the main entrance, we will be upstairs in the Acosta Ballroom. The event will be indoors with a connected outdoor balcony. Who is invited?All graduates of Bartram Trail class of 2003 plus one guest are invited. This night is for adults only, so all guests must be 21 years or older. What is the cost?Tickets go on sale March 16th! Introductory ticket prices will be $30.00 per person if you purchase between March 16th (9am) and the 24th (9am). After this, tickets will go up by $5.00 each month until the date of the event. So purchase your tickets early! What is included in the cost?Each ticket will go towards the general cost of the event/vendor as well as food and drinks (see below). What payment options are available?Credit card or PayPal payments are accepted. Please see current ticket options listed above. Note that you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card--just click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link on the PayPal website when you go to purchase your ticket. If you prefer to pay a different way, please contact us by email to discuss options (see “questions” section toward the bottom). Payment can be accepted at the door, but the cost will be significantly higher—please purchase your tickets in advance! What food and drinks will be served?A variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout the night including vegetarian options. There will be a “full bar” from 8pm to 9pm during which unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to each guest. Before and after the “full bar,” a cash bar will be available throughout the night. Guests may purchase additional food at any time as well. Will there be any performances?We will be having a variety of short performances from members of our class including musical performances and comedy sketches. This night is mostly about celebrating and catching up, so all performances will be brief. We will update you on who will be performing closer to the event. How should I dress?This will be a casual event, so dress your best or feel free to wear your jeans and flip-flops!
What about parking, driving directions, and local hotels?This information will be made available closer to the event, most likely on the Facebook event page as well.
