An informative and supportive group for people wanting to lose weight. We want to not only help those that just need to lose a few pounds, but for those with diabetes, or diagnosed as pre-diabetic, or other ailments that make losing weight more difficult. We want to offer all natural options that anyone can do even if exercising or special diets are not an option. We will meet monthly to start with and hopefully support each other on our weight loss/get healthy journey.
