We're bringing all of the Cajun culture right to your own backyard with First Friday: Mardi Gras! This exciting event will feature live jazz with local musicians; New Orleans-themed live street art; King Cake with lots of fun prizes; street stations featuring Cajun bites from Harry's; and balcony parties at Union Street Station, complete with beads for the crowds below. First Friday Passport Your free First Friday passport can be picked up at the Opera House between Lillian’s Music Store and Harry’s Seafood, Bar, and Grille between 5pm and 10pm. The passport unlocks specials at over 35 downtown bars and restaurants! Advance Purchase VIP Admission Purchase a VIP wristband for $25 to get free food, drinks, carriage rides, raffle entry, valet parking and more! Stop at any of the designated VIP locations and get treated like First Friday royalty. Donations We will be accepting new and gently used children's books to be donated to local children in need.
