The Ichetucknee River is wonderful in the winter Experience the incredible wildlife of the Ichetucknee River as the mist rises off the warm spring waters This special interpretive program is space-limited and by reservation only. Participants do not need to bring personal canoes or kayaks, as all equipment and PFDs will be provided. The tour will meet at the North Entrance, off Elim Church Road (County Road 238). Launch time will be as close to 7:00 a.m. as possible (sunrise is at 7:28 a.m.). The tour will end at the Last Take-Out at the south end of the park, and transportation will be provided back to the North Entrance. Participants should dress warmly, as dictated by the weather. Flashlights during the launching time are recommended. $5 per person
