We'll begin by separating facts and fiction as we discuss the health benefits for mom and baby! Other topics include learning your baby's feeding cues, how long and often to feed, how to know if baby is getting enough, how to increase your milk supply and how breastfeeding works for working moms. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. Since family support is so important, we strongly encourage dad, grandmother or another support person to attend at no additional charge.
