INTRODUCTION:  THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health at Wolfson Children's Hospital is pleased to offer this free Safe Kids Buckle Up parent (or grandparent) workshop. This workshop teaches you what you need to know to keep your precious cargo safe riding in motor vehicles. Upon completion of the class, families in need of help have the option of purchasing a reduced-cost convertible car seat for babies for babies who weigh over 5 lbs.Cost of car seat: $50.00 cash only.*or, with proof of Medicaid or Food Stamps $25.00 cash only.** - Please bring exact change.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be admitted to class.  After the class, certified technicians from Safe Kids Northeast Florida will be present to make sure you have your car seat properly installed.  Class time: 10:30- 12:30 pm PLEASE NOTE: Only one seat per child is avaliable for purchase   Exception: If you're expecting twins/triplets, please contact the host for additional information REGISTRATION:  Class size is limited so please register for the class.CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:  To accommodate others who may wish to attend this class, we ask that all cancellations be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class.  If you paid a fee for the event, and you submitted the cancellation notice 72 hours or more prior to the start of the event, you can either apply the class fee to another Baptist Health event or request a refund.  Please submit your cancellation instructions here via Contact the Host. CLASS LOCATION:THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health is located in the Metro Complex, at I-95 and Emerson.
