The College of Public Health and Health Professions and the Rural South Public Health Training Center will host HIV prevention expert Myron Cohen, M.D., as part of the PHHP Distinguished Scholar Lecture Series and in recognition of World AIDS Day. Cohen is the associate vice chancellor for global health and the J. Herbert Bate Distinguished Professor of Medicine, Microbiology and Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His lecture is titled "Transmission and prevention of transmission of HIV: Where do we go from here?"
