The Southern Monster Truck Showdown will invade Lake City, Florida for 2 big days - November 30 & December 1, 2012 with MONSTER TRUCKS, MUD RACING, AND MUSIC--WITH SPECIAL GUEST "MOCCASIN CREEK"!!! Featuring monster truck wheelie contests, side-by-side racing and "No time limit" freestyle! Monster trucks scheduled to appear include: Amsoil Shock Therapy Chiller Ground Pounder Monkey'n Around Outtacontrol and Sudden Impact! Plus open-entry mud truck fun-runs (email us for details, FREE to enter!), monster truck rides on the Alien Attack monster truck, Durty Dingus Mc Gee will be on hand with his crazy antics and much more! Free Fan Party open to ALL ticket-holders! No running around town looking for passes or having to pay at our events, ALL ticket-holders come on in and meet the drivers, check out the trucks, get autographs and take lots of pictures! Fun kids' activities and tons of fun! Also, take a test drive of the awesome Dodge Ram Trucks on site!! At intermission Friday, participate in our Talent Contest or enjoy the entertainment from the stands! Amateur singers and bands, send us an email with a short video of your performance, or (preferably) a YouTube link. Entry is FREE, but pre-auditions are required. Must receive your email by November 23 (Black Friday). Selected contestants will be notified by reply email. Trophy and $500 to winner, which is determined by audience approval, so bring a cheering section!! Following the show Saturday night, kick back and listen (or kick up your heels!) as Moccasin Creek performs live in concert!! Free for all Saturday ticket-holders! For mud racers amd their groups: Pit passes are available for ADULTS ONLY at the rate of $20.00 per day. No minors are allowed in the pits. Participating mud truck drivers are admitted free, limit one driver per vehicle. No alcohol in pits. Helmet must be shown at entry gate and seat belts will be checked before you may enter. Please arrive between 5pm & 6:30 to sign-in. There is no charge for parking. Ticket/seating/general notes: VIP seating area available for sponsoring businesses and "Monster Fan Pack" purchases (contact us via email for full details, on sale ONLY until November 29th at 5 pm, available for groups of 30 or more only). All other seats general admission, first-come first-choice. All seating is covered by roof. Children age 2 & under must be seated on a lap once crowded. Strollers not permitted in bleachers, please use "stroller valet service" via the souvenir stand. Pets, other than true service animals, are not permitted. Coolers and outside food or drink are not permitted in the grandstand area. Cameras welcome for pictures, but video recording is not permitted.
