The Valued Self Seminar Series is a series of live, interactive training experiences designed to bring people back to their Valued Selves, where they feel balanced and fulfilled in their lives through connecting with what really matters to them most.   Designed by psychologist and master life coach, Dr. Elliott Rosenbaum, the workshop series guides participants through four stages, each of of which are covered in the following four workshops:1 –  "Discovering Your Essence" - Defining the Core Values that motivate you and inspire you. 2 - "Creating a Compelling Life Vision" - Defining your Life Mission derived from your Core Values.3 – "Feeding the Human Spirit"- Identifying Goals that are real-life expressions of your Values and Mission. 4 – "Removing the Blocks to Greatness" - Removing Blocks that get in the way of realizing your Life Mission. Dr. Rosenbaum's research has shown that the more connected we are to what really matters to us, the better we feel about ourselves and our lives.  When we connect with our Valued Selves, we are more energetic and alive.  We find it easier and more enjoyable to connect with our loved ones and our life goals come within reach. The Valued Self Seminar Series is a four-part training experience delivered at two month intervals to allow for a maximum amount of growth in between sessions. This seminar is for adults and mature teenagers of all ages.Tickets for each of the four seminars are sold seperately. While each seminar builds on the next, each seminar will begin with a recap of previous seminars to allow inclusion of new participants.  Tickets are non-refundable.
