  Objectives: The FDEP Stormwater, Erosion, & Sedimentation Control Inspector Training program is designed to educate attendees of requirements delegated by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollution Discharge Elimination System and the Clean Water Act and familiarize audience with industry Best Management Practices pertaining to Stormwater, Erosion & Sedimentation Control. The goal of this FDEP program is to increase the use of proper design, construction and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls during construction and to assure their proper long-term operation and maintenance.Target Audience: The training program is primarily dedicated towards inspectors and private contractors/developers; however, municipal construction site plans & permit reviewers, municipal construction site operators and public works personnel and engineers will also benefit from the class.:  Government Employee Registration 0.00 Private Sector Employee Registration 0.00
