One of world's smallest surviving babies goes home

The smallest baby ever born in California went home Friday, four and a half months after her birth.

Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, has completed a children's book told from the point of view of her own granddaughter, Natalie Biden. "Don't Forget, Nana, God Bless Our Troops" is a tribute to soldiers and their families.
